The cyberattacks’ connection and perpetrators remain unclear.

Based on the meeting notes, we can glean that several critical infrastructure entities in Ukraine, including Naftogaz, Ukrposhta, DSBT, and Ukrzaliznytsia, experienced cyberattacks. Naftogaz reported an attack on its data center, Ukrposhta experienced disruptions to its postal operating services, DSBT had its website operation and cargo delivery system disrupted, and Ukrzaliznytsia had its services halted and online ticket sales suspended.
