TAG.Global now mandates all employees to take a cybersecurity fluency assessment to enhance awareness and responsibility for information security. The test, covering various security subjects, aims to build a strong cybersecurity culture. Tawfiq Talhouni plans to extend the program outside the company, contributing to cybersecurity awareness in the Middle East. Employees failing the test are required to retake it or attend a cybersecurity course. The test is available both internally and externally. It includes multiple-choice questions in various formats, with plans to transition to a web-based platform to keep up with technological advancements.

If an employee fails the test, they are required to retake it, and if they fail for the second time, they will be mandated to take a cybersecurity course to enhance their cybersecurity awareness and performance.
While the Cyberfluency test is not free, it is certified by TAG.Global and will be extended to the public to contribute to the overall cybersecurity landscape.
Currently, the test is being utilized internally at TAG.Global and externally. It was first released as a computer application but is transitioning to a web-based platform for enhanced accessibility and user convenience, featuring diverse formats and regular updates to address emerging threats.
